These heavy-duty discs ensure safe and effective strength training and weightlifting sessions and offer a 2″ (50mm) centre hole making them suitable for use with Olympic bars. They are produced from durable, odourless grain rubber providing a higher bounce for added bar and floor protection. The centre hole is made from smooth, brushed steel with rounded edges to easily slide the weight plates on and off the bars. Plus, the steel centre is enclosed to prevent the discs from touching when loaded together. The plates have a diameter of 45cm (18”) and feature an embossed Primal logo and a weight mark for quick and easy identification.
