Offering a weight range of 5-50lbs (2.3kg-22.7kg) per hand in 2.5lbs increments, the space-saving PowerBlock Pro 50 adjustable dumbbells are are ideal for versatile and effective strength training sessions. These easy to use dumbbells feature a special Auto Lock lever to lock adder weights when the handle is placed within a weight stack. Smooth and quiet performance is ensured by urethane coated steel plates, whilst an ergonomically designed contoured rubber grip provides a firm and comfortable hold. A weight selector pin guarantees rapid adjustments, plus, a tether cord enables you to quickly attach the selector pin to the weight plates. The Pro 50 set replaces 19 pairs of dumbbells or 1045lbs (474kg) of free weights and come in a set of two.
