The York 4 x 1.25kg G2 Rubber Thin Line Olympic weight plates are suitable for strength training, weightlifting and muscle building workouts and offer a dual grip for easy loading and unloading. These tough and durable space-saving weight plates have an interlocking feature to let you safely load more weight onto barbells and machines for heavy workouts. Thanks to a 2″ (5cm) centre hole, they are compatible with Olympic bars and a protective rubber coating reduces the risk of floor and equipment damage.
