Description
The York 20kg Rubber ISO-Grip plates are supplied as a pair and feature a thicker hub that enables easy 360-degree pick up helping to avoid finger pinching. Easy loading and unloading of bars is possible due to a steel centrepiece that strengthens the structure of the plates and makes the weights slide easily on the bar, while the ISO grip design with three holes makes the plates easier to manoeuvre and improves safety of use. These two 20kg (44lbs) weight plates are rubber encased for enhanced durability and floor protection. They have an inner diameter of 2″ (5cm), which makes them compatible with Olympic barbells.
